We’re on the hunt for skilled Thai, Deep Tissue and Sports Massage Therapists to join our team. We’re all about giving our clients the best, most relaxing, and therapeutic experiences possible.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide Thai, Deep Tissue and Sports massage and other massage disciplines tailoring treatments to individual client needs.  
  • Consult with clients to assess their massage needs and preferences, adjusting techniques accordingly.
  • Inform clients about the benefits of Thai Massage Therapy and available treatments, providing guidance on which treatments would be most beneficial.
  • Perform therapeutic massages, manipulating, twisting, and stretching specific areas of the body using holistic techniques.
  • Prepare and blend oils for massage, applying them safely to clients’ skin.
  • Communicate effectively with clients – many of whom are Thai speakers – to gather information about their health and determine appropriate treatments.
  • Provide advice on posture, relaxation techniques, and overall well-being after treatment.
  • Manage client bookings, ensuring smooth communication regarding appointments and sessions.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude, prioritising customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to meet client expectations.
  • Respond promptly to client enquiries to maximise profitability and enhance the company’s reputation.
  • Attend staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

Qualifications/Skills Required:

  • Ability to read, write, and speak Thai and/or English fluently.
  • Certificate in Sports Massage and Traditional Thai Massage from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in providing Sports Massage, Thai Massage and other related therapies.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and the ability to manipulate and massage the body effectively.
  • Experience in delivering a range of treatments, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, Head Massage, and Aromatherapy.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A sound understanding of health and safety regulations and risk assessment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to assess and treat clients holistically, considering overall health and well-being.
