Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience, particularly as I had booked an Advanced Deep Tissue Massage with Hot Stone on the Back. The massage itself was extremely light and felt... Read More much more like a gentle Swedish/relaxation massage than deep tissue. A significant amount of the treatment was also performed through the towel, with very little of the firm, targeted pressure I would expect from a deep tissue massage. The hot stone element was particularly disappointing. Only two stones were placed on my back for around 30 seconds, which was essentially the extent of the hot stone treatment. Given that this was specifically included in the treatment I booked, I expected the stones to form a much more meaningful part of the massage. There was also no support provided for my chest while lying face down. I eventually had to ask for support because I was uncomfortable, and something was then provided. I would have expected basic comfort and positioning to be considered from the beginning, particularly during a treatment involving pressure on the back. There was then an issue with payment. I booked two massages for myself and my friend and paid the full £60 deposit. At checkout, only £30 was deducted from my bill, effectively splitting my deposit between the two treatments. I specifically queried this at the time and was reassured, only to later realise that just £30 had actually been deducted from my payment. This meant I paid more than I should have and then had to sort the difference out with my friend afterwards, which was frustrating and unnecessary. Overall, the treatment simply didn't match what I had booked or expected. Between the extremely light pressure, significant amount of the massage being performed through the towel, minimal use of the hot stones, lack of support initially and the confusion over the deposit, I left feeling disappointed with the experience.

I’ve been dealing with some ongoing pain, and this has helped so much. I walked out feeling noticeably better, which honestly means everything. What really stood out were all the little details that made the experience feel extra special. After the massage, I was offered tea and a snack, which was such a thoughtful touch and gave me a chance to fully relax before heading back out into the day. I’m genuinely so excited to have such a great place in the neighbourhood. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly restorative massage experience.

Read More and the whole place feels like a peaceful sanctuary in the middle of London. After the massage they brought hot drinks and snacks so you can slowly come back to reality. If your back is destroyed from London life, work, or too much travelling, this place is a lifesaver.

The service was excellent, the atmosphere was great and beautiful, the staff were very welcoming, and the prices were reasonable. This is another Thai massage place, I highly recommend.
